The Cebuano Speaking Organization (CSO) of Oregon and Southwest Washington is a vibrant and dedicated community group that celebrates and preserves Cebuano/Bisayan language, culture, and traditions while fostering support and camaraderie among its members.                 CSO’s picnic on August 24th at Cook Park in Tualatin was a great success, with a lively turnout and a fantastic atmosphere. The event, themed “Reggae,” brought a fun and relaxed vibe, with reggae music setting the tone for a day of celebration and unity. Members and their families enjoyed a beautiful summer day, indulging in a variety of Filipino and Caribbean-inspired dishes, thanks to the generous contributions from CSO families. The picnic was filled with lively conversations, games, and activities, which encouraged bonding and fostered a deeper sense of community within the CSO. The reggae theme helped create a laid-back and vibrant atmosphere, allowing attendees to unwind and enjoy each other's company while celebrating their shared heritage.
