Recommending Member Qualification Requirements
- Active Membership: Be an active CSO member for at least three consecutive years.
- Meeting Participation: Attend at least two CSO meetings each year.
- Event Participation: Participate in at least one CSO event each year.
- Eligibility Frequency: You may qualify as a recommending member only once every three years.
 
                                  Making it Right
Eligibility and Guidelines for School Supply Support
- Eligible Schools: Public elementary schools in the Philippines qualify for the program.
- Award for First Graders: Selected schools must allocate supplies to benefit first-grade students.
- Application Process: The classroom teacher must complete and sign the application form, with the school principal’s signature verifying the request.
- How to Get Forms: Application forms are available through current CSO officers.
- Application Deadline: Submit all applications by November 30th.
- Documentation Requirement: Photos and videos documenting the distribution of school supplies are required for transparency and promotion.
- Acknowledgment Letter: The school principal is requested to provide a formal acknowledgment letter to CSO, expressing gratitude for their support.
