Recommending Member Qualification Requirements

  • Active Membership: Be an active CSO member for at least three consecutive years.
  • Meeting Participation: Attend at least two CSO meetings each year.
  • Event Participation: Participate in at least one CSO event each year.
  • Eligibility Frequency: You may qualify as a recommending member only once every three years.

Making it Right

Eligibility and Guidelines for School Supply Support

  1. Eligible Schools: Public elementary schools in the Philippines qualify for the program.
  2. Award for First Graders: Selected schools must allocate supplies to benefit first-grade students.
  3. Application Process: The classroom teacher must complete and sign the application form, with the school principal’s signature verifying the request.
  4. How to Get Forms: Application forms are available through current CSO officers.
  5. Application Deadline: Submit all applications by November 30th.
  6. Documentation Requirement: Photos and videos documenting the distribution of school supplies are required for transparency and promotion.
  7. Acknowledgment Letter: The school principal is requested to provide a formal acknowledgment letter to CSO, expressing gratitude for their support.
